This sweet, precious little guy was the 1st dog that I attempted to save from the streets. I was taking a student home when I saw him walking on the sidewalk by himself. He was so stinking cute, and I just knew that he would find a home quickly. I asked the student if he belonged to anyone. She said that he typically roamed around for food and that various neighbors would feed him. That was enough information for me to snatch him up and take him home! He didn't know it yet, but this was his lucky day. When I walked over to him, he got very low to the ground and cowered in fear. I started petting him, and his tail started wagging. I knew right away that this sweet guy was going to be adopted quickly.
I was right...Days later, a friend of a friend saw his picture on Facebook and messaged me to see if she could meet him. It was love at first sight! Leigh, thank you so much for adopting him. And a special thanks to Amy for spreading his picture around.
